Unless the Court directs otherwise, parties must file electronic materials through the Ontario Court of Appeal Public Portal: courtofappeal.ontario.ca

The Court of Appeal’s previous email address for filing electronic materials is no longer active. Parties cannot submit materials for filing through that email address.

Filing Fees

Unless otherwise directed by court staff, filing fees are paid through the Portal. Click here for the filing fees at the Court of Appeal.

If you have questions about requirements for filing electronic materials at the Court of Appeal or are unable to file materials electronically, you may:

  • Contact the Court’s main office for assistance at 416-327-5020 or 1-855-718-1756 (toll free) from Monday to Friday, except holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Attend in person-public counter services at the Court of Appeal from Monday to Friday, except holidays, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

A person who needs an accommodation to file materials should contact the Accessibility Coordinator at the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Electronic copies of documents do not require coloured front and back page.
