These are resources to help guide you through the family court process and find services.

Note: this is not a complete list of all resources available for family litigants, and it should not be seen as an endorsement of any of the specific content. It is only offered as a starting point for your own research.

  • If you are dealing with family violence and you need counseling, safety planning, or resources, you can receive emergency, 24-hour a day telephone support at:
    • The Assaulted Women’s Helpline, (200+ languages) at 1-888-938-1613 or dial #SAFE(7233)
    • Talk4Healing, if you are an Indigenous woman living in Northern Ontario and speak English, Ojibway, Oji-Cree, or Cree, at 1-855-554-4325
