Accessibility

Most types of Small Claims Court hearings are virtual (online) by default. However, trials and contempt hearings are in-person by default.

The Small Claims Court is committed to ensuring that it is accessible to persons with disabilities. Information about accessibility in the Superior Court of Justice, including the Small Claims Court, is available on this page: https://www.ontario.ca/page/going-court-accessibility.
