Each year, the Ontario Judicial Council publishes an annual report. The annual reports provide information on the Council’s membership, its functions, policies, procedures, and work during the reporting year.
The annual reports also contain summaries of the complaints that the Council dealt with in the year. By law, the Council cannot name the judge or the complainant in the complaint summaries.
