Notice: In June 2022, to ensure that the Ontario Judicial Council may address misconduct of varying degrees of severity as contemplated by ss. 51.6(11)(a)-(g) of the Courts of Justice Act, the Council adopted a test for judicial misconduct that should be applied by Hearing Panels. The test for judicial misconduct may be found in rule 23 of the Council’s Procedures Document.
