The Chief Justice of the Ontario Court of Justice develops an ongoing education plan for judges of the Court. The Chief Justice develops this plan together with the Education Secretariat. The Associate Chief Justice and several other judges of the Ontario Court of Justice belong to the Education Secretariat.

The Judicial Council must approve of the education plan.
