Brief Biographical Note of Justice Grant Huscroft

Grant Huscroft graduated with a BA from the University of Western Ontario (1980); an LL.B from Queen's University (1984); and an LL.M from the University of Auckland (1987). He was a member of the University of Auckland Faculty of Law from 1992-2001 and the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law from 2002-2014, and was a visiting professor at McGill University Faculty of Law in 1998. His research and teaching focused on Constitutional and Administrative Law and he published widely in these areas. He was Associate Dean at Western from 2006-2008 and founded the Public Law and Legal Philosophy Research Group with Professor Bradley Miller in 2008. He was a member of the Health Professions Appeal Review coa-parkedrd and the Health Services Appeal Review coa-parkedrd from 2008-2014, and was appointed to the Court of Appeal for Ontario in 2014.
