NOTICE TO THE PROFESSION
MATTERS TO BE HEARD IN THE ONTARIO SUPERIOR COURT SOUTHWEST REGION – UPDATED MAY 5, 2021
The Notice to the Profession and Public issued by Chief Justice Morawetz on April 20, 2021 is set to expire on May 7, 2021.
On Monday, May 10, 2021 all centres in the Southwest Region will return to hearing matters in the same manner as they were being heard prior to April 20, 2021. Any matters set for hearing on specific dates commencing May 10, 2021, will remain as scheduled.
Where Local Administrative Judges have issued directions in their centres governing how proceedings were to be conducted prior to April 20, 2021, those directions remain in effect.
