Electronic filing is required.
Parties can file by email to
COA.E-file@ontario.ca
or by delivery of a USB key labelled with the file number.

Motions
Single-judge motions are heard on Zoom.
Panel motions are heard in person, but parties can choose to appear by Zoom.
Appeals
Appeals are heard in person, but parties can choose to appear by Zoom.

Those making oral submissions and up to two other individuals per party can attend in person.
Public and Media
Members of the public and the media can observe hearings by Zoom.
Observers can get the Zoom link from the parties or by sending a request to
coa.registrar@ontario.ca
at least 48 hours before the hearing.
