The Court of Appeal for Ontario regretfully announces the passing of one of its members, the Honourable Edward W. Ducharme, on June 2, 2013. Justice Ducharme sat as a member of the Court of Appeal for Ontario since April 5, 2012. Prior to that he sat on the Superior Court of Justice from 2002.
